During my tenure at JustAnswer, I led a dynamic product design & research team, harnessing AI technology to optimize our platform and transform the way users accessed expert advice.
To enhance user experience and accessibility, we leveraged archived expert answers and created a conversational AI interface. This innovative approach allowed us to deliver accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring that users received expert advice whenever they needed it.
